Ronald Blaine Marcum, age 67 of Franklin, passed away Friday, October 7, 2022 at Otterbein Middletown Hospice. He was born May 3, 1955 in Hamilton, Ohio, the son of the late James Edward Marcum and Bonnie Jean (Nickell) Marcum. Ronald worked for Worthington Steel, retiring after 39 years of service. He loved camping, hiking and fishing. Ronald enjoyed his family trips to Myrtle Beach.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Teresa (Miller) Marcum; son, Zach Marcum; grandchildren, Brayden and Callie Marcum; his sister, Linda Marcum Stoffregen; and several nieces and nephews. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Edward Lee Marcum.
Funeral services will be 12:00 pm Wednesday at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home with Pastor Chuck Wolfinbarger officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be at the Butler County Memorial Park.
