Velma Wilson

Velma Wilson, age 91, of Trenton, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Owingsville, KY, September 5, 1931, the daughter of Howard and Maggie (Howard) McCall.

Velma loved her family and her church. She enjoyed gardening and working in her yard. She enjoyed puzzles, sunning and vacationing at the beach. Cream candy and caramels were her specialty at Christmas.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Wilson; and sisters, Lillian McIntosh and Elizabeth Witt.

Velma is survived by her daughter, Sharon (Jeff) Gaston; son, Mark Wilson; grandchildren, Shannon (Nate) Webster, Shivonne (Simon) Kiniyalocts, Wes (Jill) Garland, Andrew Wilson, Nathaniel Wilson and Sarah Wilson; great grandchildren, Braydon Garland, Gigi Kiniyalocts, Lillian Kiniyalocts, Myles Kiniyalocts, Michael Garland, Jameson Garland and Ellie Webster; sister, Ethel Lorean Imhoff and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be10:00 am- 11:00 am on Monday, December 19, 2022 at Trenton GracePointe Nazarene, 220 N. Miami Street, Trenton, OH 45067. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am with Pastor Jon Young officiating. Burial will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
