He was born in Sharon, Pa on February 22, 1952 to his late parents, William Edward Congdon, Sr. and Alma Lucille (Ladig) Congdon. Bill was also preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Edward Congdon.
Bill graduated from Brookfield Highschool, Brookfield, Ohio in 1970 and later attended auto body school. At one time he owned an auto body shop in Masury, Ohio. Bill lived most of his life in Masury, Ohio and in later years lived in Middletown, Ohio.
He is survived by one brother, David Lee Congdon of Firestone, Co and a sister, Anna Mae (Congdon) Wolfe of Vero Beach, Fl.
