Bill proudly served his country, first in the Navy and later in the Air Force, dedicating a combined twenty years to the armed forces. His patriotism and valor were only matched by his work ethic, which he continued to display in his civilian life as a diligent Shipping/Receiving Clerk for ABX Air until his retirement.
In his personal life, Bill was a devoted husband to his wife Norma, and a guiding light to his sons, Christopher, Thomas, Michael, and Patrick. He instilled in them a love for the arts, a respect for hard work, and the importance of family. Bill's legacy survives through his children, who carry forward his passions for music and art.
An avid hobbyist, Bill found joy in model making, fishing, operating RC airplanes, fossil and stamp collecting, and antique collecting. His interests were a reflection of a curious mind, always seeking to learn and engage with the world around him.
Preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Robert O'Hair, and his grandmother, Carrie Adams. Bill leaves behind a family who cherished his presence and will feel his absence deeply.
