Augustin Esquivel

Funeral service will be held at Midland First Assembly of God 100 W. Wadley Ave on July 6, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Mike Hanks officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park, Midland, Texas. Visitation will be held at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel on July 5, 2017 from 1:00p.m. to 8:00p.m..

Augustin was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan to Juventino Esquivel and Eufemia Orta Esquivel on April 15, 1976. He graduated from Midland High School in 1995. He worked at Vision Audio for 10+ years and most recently worked as an Assistant Manager for Staples for 2 years. He loved life and loved to make people laugh. Augustin was a family man and loved taking family trips. He has many friends in the community because of his outgoing personality. He loved The San Antonio Spurs. In 2014 The Latino American Who’s Who recognized him for his achievements in advancing the culture of the Latino American business community.

Augustin is survived by his wife, Amy Esquivel; son, Augustin Esquivel II; daughters, Abbi Esquivel and Aaliyah Esquivel; mother, Eufemia Orta Esquivel; father, Juventino Esquivel; brother, Juventino Esquivel, Jr.; and a sister.
