He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Renfro; a son, Donald K. Campbell; a daughter, Patty Lee; one grandson and one great grandson.
Billy is survived by daughters: Ronda Smalley and Katy Buffington, son Charlie Lee; two sisters, fifteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great grandchildren, thirty great great grandchildren and a special friend, Becky Porter.
Visitation is on Friday, May 3, 6-8pm, at Ellis Funeral Home. Graveside service is at 1:00pm, Saturday, May 4 at Lorenzo Cemetery in Lorenzo, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home.
