Billy Woodruff, 84, of Midland passed away June 3, 2013. She was born on May 29, 1929 in Fannin County, Texas to William Bliss Williams and Minnie Lee (Henderson) Williams. Billy married Kenneth Earl Woodruff on December 5, 1945.
She is survived by her children: Rebecca Woodruff, William (Bill) Woodruff and wife Theresa, Jennifer Woodruff Urias and husband Jr. and their children, Mackenzie and Quintin; Nick Woodruff and wife Sarah, Barbara Jean Woodruff Van Meter and husband BJ and their daughter, Bristol Van Meter; Kenneth (Ken) Woodruff Jr. and wife Cindy; Stephanie Woodruff and Greg Woodruff.
