She spent her last days with us at Midland Memorial Hospital where she passed away due to long term illness.
Bobbie was born on September 17, 1931 in Graham, Texas.
She is survived her sister Juanell Coleman of Sterling City, Texas; her daughters Mary Elizabeth Culp of Abilene, Texas and Brenda Pack of Midland, Texas; her grandchildren Erica, Lisa, Teresa, Travis, Karen, Jimmy and Tommy; her great grandchildren, Amber, Jocelyn, Justin, Aaron, Monica and Caitlyn as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends that loved her deeply.
She was preceded in death by her husband Marcus Von Rosenberg; five of her children, Troy Wade Gee, Bobby Wayne Gee, Kevin Gee, Kimberly Gee, and Mary Evelyn Von Rosenberg; her siblings Mary Lou Washburn, Clifford Washburn, Wayne Washburn, Curtis Washburn, Hazel Kizer, Lealand Washburn, LaVerne Tilley, and grandson Eric Pack.
She was a very giving person who would go out of her way to help others in time of need. She was very much a people person and always wanted to be called by her first name as she didn’t see anyone as a stranger. She was a very determined woman that always tried to be the strong one in situations and wanted to bring out the smiles in everyone regardless of the situation. She was very family oriented, always making sure her kids had hot, home cooked meals and never took shortcuts when it came to cooking, which is why if you left her house hungry, it was your own fault. If you showed up hungry and there was nothing cooked already, you could count on her being in the kitchen cooking you something. She had an open door policy that she expected people to follow any time they needed to. Now, you might not always like what she had to say, but you could rest assured knowing that what you got was truth, honesty, and love. Bobbie never discriminated against anyone; she accepted everyone with open arms and taught her children to do the same.
There will be a Visitation at from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Ellis Funeral Home followed by a Funeral Service at 3:00 p.m. in the Ellis Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, November 27, 2015 with Brother Bob Porterfield and Reverend Elvie Brown officiating.

It has been a blessing to have all of the love and support of family and friends that played a role in this very difficult time.
At this time of sorrow, may these truths sustain you…
Your loved one will always be as close as a memory,
And the God of all comfort will always be close as a prayer.
