Feliciana H Rendon

Viewing and visitation with the family will be Friday, July 24, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Ellis Funeral Home. A private family graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2015 followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. at Iglesia Bautista Emanuel, 1800 E. Cherry Lane, Midland, Texas.

Feliciana was born on August 9, 1931 in Santa Monica, Mexico. She was married to Guadalupe Rendon, Sr. on December 18, 1949 in La Pryor, Texas. They moved to Midland in 1957. She was a kind, sincere, devoted woman whose smiling face brought joy to those she touched.

Feliciana was a homemaker after working for MISD in the food service department for over 10 years. Her love and joy was making tamales for family and friends. She was a very faithful and involved member of Iglesia Bautista Emanuel for over 50 years.

Feliciana is preceded in death by her husband, Guadalupe Rendon, Sr., daughter Elva Davila, mother Ignacia Tello, and her brother Francisco Lopez.

Feliciana is survived by her sons, Joe Rendon, Sr. (Rosie); Guadalupe Rendon, Jr. (Sylvia); Sergio Rendon (Diana) all of Midland, Texas and Ruben Rendon (Gale) of Ft. Worth, Texas ; daughters Leticia “Lety” Hernandez (Roman); and Lisa Ruiz (Ernest) both of Midland, Texas. She is also survived by sisters Marta Rendon (San Jose, California), Irene Aguilar (Eagle Pass, Texas), and Juanita Lopez (Piedras Negras, Coah, Mexico). Feliciana is survived by 23 grandkids, 26 great grandkids and 1 great great granddaughter.

Pallbearers are Ricardo Rendon, Joe Rendon, Jr., Jacob Ruiz, Eric Rendon, Alejandro Garcia, and Justin Anders.

Honorary Pallbearers are her grandkids, great grandkids, and great great granddaughter.
