Frankie was born on October 20, 1930 in Floydada, Texas to Marie and John McPeak. She worked many years at the Midland National Bank/First City Bank in Midland, Texas and was also a volunteer for over 20 years at Midland Memorial Hospital. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and an avid quilter.
Frankie is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Chester Kilgore and sons, Gary and Robert Hopper.
She is survived by granddaughters, Amy Botcher and husband Jason of Gainesville, Texas, Mandy Robinson of Celina, Texas and Dylon and Fallon Hopper of Austin, Texas; grandsons, Juston Hopper, Keegan Hopper and Trevor Hopper all of Austin, Texas; sister, Lenora Hauser of Big Spring, Texas; six great grandchildren, two nephews and numerous cousins, including her favorite partner in crime Eugene Carathers and wife Ruth Ann of Centerville, Texas.
There will be a memorial service in the Ellis Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 1:30 p.m.
