age of 90.
She was a long time resident of Midland, Texas from 1978 to 2014, when she moved to Bedford, Texas to be closer to her son and the rest of the family. She was an active member with Kelview Heights Baptist Church from 1981 to 2014.
Helen is preceded in death by her husband, John; two sons, Greg and Gary; her parents, James and Amy; two sisters, Nona and Laverne.
She is survived by son, Doug and his wife Linda; five grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Andrews County Cemetery, 1400 W. Broadway Street, Andrews, Texas with Pastor Jerry Berry officiating.
Services are entrusted with Ellis Funeral Home.
