James Raymond Potter, 82, of Midland went home to be with the Lord on September 10, 2013. He was born on March 5, 1931 in Crossplains, TX. James married Minnie Mae Wood on August 14, 1948. He was a general contractor in Midland. James never met a stranger and loved the Lord and his children.
He is survived by his daughters; Frances Potter, and Sharon Potter, both of Midland.
Graveside service is set for 11:00 am, Friday, September 13, 2013 at Resthaven Memorial Park with Brother Bob Porterfield officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home.
