Lonnie Clemons, age 71, of Midland passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 in Midland.

He was born September 29, 1947 in Bearden, Arkansas to Frank and Era Clemons.

Lonnie served in the United States Army and later became a commercial construction superintendent.

He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Clemons; his children, Sharon Lechon, Darrin DaWayne Clemons, Aaron David Clemons and wife Natasha, and Linda Carol Marlowe and husband Steve; 7 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, and 4 great-grandsons; 2 step-grandsons; and his sister, Nina Young.

Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.

Services are under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home.
