Marcella Lindsey

Marcella (Marcy) Sue Lindsey of Midland went to be with the Lord, Saturday, April 6. Marcy was born on March 28, 1952 to Max and Jo Troublefield. She graduated from Midland Lee in 1970 and pursued a career in bookkeeping. Marcy owned and managed Linfab Inc. for six wonderful years. In 2007 she started work for Dawson Geo Physical, until her death.

Marcy was preceded in death by her first husband, Rayford Jack Lindsey, her parents, brother Gary Troublefield and brother-in-law, Bob Dillard.

Marcy is survived by her husband, William Petersen; daughters: Velda Barr and husband Larry of Midland, Joann Carlton of Midland, Billie Daniels and husband James of Virginia, Lisa Petersen and husband Ryan of Midland; grandchildren: Zackary and Tyler Carlton, Coby Barr, Jazmine Daniels, Trinity Daniels, Hayden Kershaw, Ryleigh Bates and a grandson due in September; sisters: Billy Hyatt of Midland, Vicky Dillard of Midland, and Donna Ray of Lake Whitney. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews; lifelong friend, Kathy Johnson of Fritch, TX and her beloved Beesha.

Marcy will be greatly missed by so many people!

Family will receive friends between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00pm on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Ellis Funeral Home. A funeral service has been scheduled for 2:00pm on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Bob Porterfield officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
