I miss my nanaw with all my heart an sole. She was 1 of the 2 realities I wish were in my life its been a long hard road this past few yrs I have gotten really sick an diagnosed with a rear lung diease 1 out of 30 million get there is no cure an the lifespan as nearly reached its course I'm now in hospice care because by heart is failing very fast I never got a proper goodbye from any of my 3family members what I would give to have her hug my neck an tell me it's ok I can let go. But I can't i I have no family an deserve it according to a friend of hers ni one deserves to die alone at 45. Your taught to forgive an forget an leave the demons behind an I did that I just want to feel her hugs an kisses one last time no one is perfect an should be left to die alone. Thank you Debbie I hope u never walk a day in my shoes.but u won't cause we are all given a path mine had a few big rocks but I did itgod bless

We would like to express our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Lee. Myself and my husband lived at Midland Village for many year's and during those year's became close friend's with Lee. I will always remember how she dearly loved for me to make her home made cookie's and mince meat pie's during the holidays. Lee also had a beautiful lawn at her residence at Midland Village and my husband took great care in making sure Lee's plant's were always watered and the shrub's trimed. We were very blessed to call Lee a very dear friend,and she will be missed by all who knew her. May God Bless each and evryone who were involved in her life

My mother and I were very fortunate to meet Lee when we leased apartments at Midland Village back in the late 90's.  It was always fun to stop in the office and visit with her and she was very generous to us and let us break our lease after 2 years when we had to return to Big Spring due to my mother's health.  I was so surprised to find out she moved to Big Spring and was my neighbor and even came to Walmart to see me.  (I work there).  Her mind was sharp, for she even remembered my apartment number from 1998 and here it was 2011 when she was in the store.  She was special!  I'll never forget her.

I had the pleasure of working with Lee for a way too short amount of time.  During this brief period, we became fast friends.  I'll always think back to the time i worked for her with fond memories of her quick witted reponses and endless supply of jokes (both clean and well some not so clean).  She was an amazing woman who lived a very fulfilling, colorful life.  I think the thing i will miss the most is seeing that wonderful shade of hot pink lipstick....no one will be able to wear it like her. I love you lee and will miss you greatly!!!!!!

I am so sorry to hear about Lee. She gave me a chance when  noone else would during a very difficult time in my life.  I enjoyed living at Midland Village and getting to know her.  She had a giving spirit and was a joy.

I was very sadden to hear about the passing of Lee. What a wonderful lady she was. Through the many years of living at Midland Village,Lee was always there when I needed a friend. She will be missed, thanks for the memories. Rest In Peace Lee.

This was my nanaw . She was the best nanaw anyone could ever have. No matter what she was there for me no matter how good no matter how bad. I lover her so much an will be lost without her. She was there in the middle of the night when I needed to call. She will be missed.
