Pemberton, Arthur T., 92 died February 14, 2011. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mae, his second wife Willie and a son, Stanley Theodore. He is survived by two sons, Arthur Ronald and Steven Otey, daughter-in-law, Ellen Pemberton and stepson, Russ Hockett, 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road on Tuesday, March 1 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Funeral services will be held at Huguenot Road Baptist Church on Wednesday, March 2 at 1pm with burial in Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Huguenot Road Baptist Church.
