CHILDRESS, Aubrey Lee "Sonny," 72, of Midlothian, died April 28, 2016. Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Childress; three sons, Jason Childress (Sheri), Jamie Childress (Teresa) and Matthew Deane; granddaughter, Taylor Childress; and grandson, Lee Childress.
Sonny was very passionate about music. He was a drummer for several local bands in the area. He enjoyed fishing and spending time at Bethpage Resort.
His remains rest at the Huguenot Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd., where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, and where a memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday.
