Barbara Jean Wall Chaney-Scaia

Barbara Jean Chaney-Scaia, 86, of Richmond, Virginia, went to be with her heavenly Father on Wednesday, May 30, 2018. Barbara was born March 8, 1932, in Garner, NC, to Esther Cash Wall and Howard T. Wall. On May 27, 1952, she married Reeford Lowell Chaney, Sr. She is survived by her four children, Esther Chaney Baker, Deborah Chaney Strickland Trenchfield (and Jonathan), Reeford Lowell Chaney, Jr., and Priscilla Chaney Winkler (and Glenn); her ten grandchildren, Jeanne Baker Schoch (and Tyson), Daniel Lowell Chaney, Ashley Michael Porter (and Molly), Jared Christian Baker (and Molly), Charles Glenn Winkler, III (and Sabrina), Amanda Winkler Vlasic (and Ryan), James Alexander Strickland, Renee Faith Chaney Davis (and Joseph), Grace-Anna Shannon Chaney and Megan Chaney Strickland; and three great grandchildren, Jessica Elisabeth Schoch, Lorelai Grace Schoch and Penelope Marie Winkler.
