Carol Crow Hayward

She is survived by her five children (Chris, Steve, Lynn, Leslie and Lisa), 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her niece (LeAnn) and sister-in-law Nancy Hayward Hile (Jerry).

Carol was an alumna of Indiana State University (Class of 1955) and taught kindergarten until she chose to be a stay at home mother for her five children. She earned the distinction of becoming a Life Master at bridge and truly enjoyed the game her entire adult life. She was a warm, funny woman with a keen intelligence. She “had a heart as big as the outdoors” and will truly be missed.

Visitation hours will be held on Saturday, April 10, from 4-6 pm at Woody Funeral Home Huguenot Chapel in Midlothian, VA.
