Honaker and Edna Wittfelt Honaker. She graduated from Ohio University with a teaching degree and spent her career teaching both English and drama. After moving to Richmond, Virginia, Carole turned her love of animals into the successful pet sitting service Pet Pleasers, which she owned and operated for over 30 years.

In addition to her parents, Carole is preceded in death by her husband Robert J. Tomaszewski, her dear friend Ellen Woodley, and array of beloved family pets.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the many friends, neighbors, and caregivers whose support over the years helped to make Carole’s wish to live independently a reality.
