DRINKARD, Daisy Wallace, departed this life peacefully at home on Friday, November 27, 2015. Daisy was born in Victoria, Virginia, to Vivian and Raymond Demette, and was preceded in death by her husband, C.B. "Larry" Drinkard; former husband, Donald M. Wallace; and her mother, Vivian Inge Foster. She is survived by her son, D. Michael Wallace and wife, Linda. She is also survived by her stepchildren, Tom Drinkard, and Sara Duggan; and cousin, Kay Davis.
Daisy attended the University of Richmond and was a long-time employee of the law firm of Mays, Valentine, Davenport. The family wishes to give special thanks to her caregiver and sister in Christ, Mary Nyambok and her husband, Thomas, who brought loving care and joy to her final years.
A celebration of life will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 2, at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd., with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment Dale Memorial Park. Online condolences at
