CRAVEN, Elizabeth B., 100, passed away August 31, 2015 in Brooksville, FL. Liz was born November 30, 1914 in Hamlet, NC. In addition to her parents, George H. Baucom, Sr. and Annie May Teal, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren M. Craven and son James W. Craven. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Patricia C. Dotson and her husband Jack Dotson of Hudson Fl, and Daughter in-law Bryant Gunn Craven of Richmond, VA. She is also survived by five grandchildren; Mary Elizabeth Brady, Carter Craven, Macon Craven, Susan Craven and Craige Craven, and four great-grandchildren, Peyton Brady, Hunter Brady, Reagan Brady and Micheal Rogers all of Richmond, VA. Liz enjoyed caring for children, animals, baking and growing beautiful plants and flowers.
There will be a celebration of life service at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 25, 2015 at Westhampton Memorial and Cremation Park Chapel, 10000 Patterson Avenue, Richmond VA 23238. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Elizabeth B. Craven to the Humane Society.
