James "Jc" Comillus Hoar

He was a retired Philip Morris USA employee and served in the United States Navy. He is survived by his brother, Wayne; daughters, Jennifer and Amanda; son, Patrick; and grandkids, Sydney, Hayden, Beckett and James.

He was a man that had a passion for storytelling and an innate ability to fix anything. He joined the light of his life, Patricia; his older brother, Ralph; and parents. He will be missed dearly.

His funeral reception will be held this Saturday, March 9, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road, Midlothian, Va. 23113, reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Feed More (Meals on Wheels), give.feedmore.org, in his name.
