ELLIS, Mark Taylor, 49, of Richmond, died June 28, 2012. He was preceded in death by his father, Elwood Ellis. Survivors include his mother, Doris Speas and her husband David, of Cumberland; sister, LaJuana Ellis; and son, Michael Ellis and his mother, Cynthia Lane, both of Virginia Beach. Mark was self-employed as he handled medical billing for Dr. James E. Jones. He also taught courses at Bryant-Stratton College. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, July 8, 2012, at Jones Chapel Baptist Church in Cumberland.
