Our dear mother, Patricia Kay Carter, sadly passed away on August 23rd, 2023 at the age of 81. She was a wonderful mother who was always there if we needed her. Pat was very outgoing and enjoyed traveling, cooking for family and friends, and playing golf. She was a cardio surgical nurse for over 30 years. Pat had 4 sons, Mark Fulghum, Andy Fulghum, Carey Carter and Chuck Carter. She also had many Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren. The family will be celebrating her life in private.
