FITZWATER, Ralph R., passed away quietly in his sleep on Wednesday morning June 5, 2013. he leaves behind his wife of 59 years, Floreine; two sons, Ralph Jr,. and Kirby and his wife, Beth; along with two grandchildren, Grace and Thomas . Ralph accomplish many things in his life, a U.S. Navy veteran, University of Virginia graduate, dedicated golfer, professional engineer, registered surveyor, beekeeper and business owner. But there was no higher calling or greater accomplishment than to be a good father. This man defined the word father with his patient and unselfish love.
