BROOKS, Roger R., 85, of Bowling Green, died December 14, 2011. Survivors include his wife, Jean H. Brooks; daughter, Suzanne Barton of South Carolina; son, Bryant Brooks of North Carolina; twelve grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Mr. Brooks was a graduate of Virginia Tech and U.S. Army veteran. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at the Huguenot Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road.
