

Bob was a graduate of Gotebo High School where he was active in FFA, football, wrestling and baseball. He married the love of his life, Enna C. Harter. They spent 67 wonderful years together until she died January 17, 2011.
Bob was employed as a Final Assembly Inspector by North American Aviation in Inglewood, California and joined the U.S. Navy on November 13, 1942. He was Honorably Discharged on December 16, 1945 as an Aviation Machinist's Mate First Class.
Bob & Enna moved to Cushing, Oklahoma in 1946 where he was a livestock farmer raising Jersey dairy cattle, chickens, sheep & hogs. Bob went to work at Tinker Air Force Base in August of 1951 as an Aircraft Inspection Clerk. They bought their home in Midwest City on September 1, 1951. Bob retired in 1974 as an Aircraft Crew Chief on Sea & Land Air Craft.
Bob & Enna were charter members of St. Matthew United Methodist Church. A loving husband, father and grandfather, Bob's hobbies included raising tropical fish and registered Airdale dogs, welding, camping, boating, water skiing, fishing, archery, target shooting and especially hunting. He hunted various game across the U.S. and Canada and in 1985 went on a very successful 21 day African Safari with his brother.
In addition to his parents and wife, Bob was proceeded in death by his brother, John Osmond and Sister, Marja Faye Slovacek, also two Great Grandchildren Chandler and Chase Bryan. Bob is survived by his daughter, Enna Mae Wilbur & husband, Jim; two sons, Robert A. Osmond & wife, Diane and Larry L. Osmond & wife, Carol; five grandchildren: Curtis Osmond & wife, Shawn; Kimberlie Iley & husband, Brian; Amy Bryan & husband, Chris; Jason Osmond & wife, Stephanie and Dakota Osmond; Eight Great Grandchildren: Olivia Osmond, Jake Broakman Osmond, MacKenzie Roberts, Keaton Bryan, Rylee Osmond, Ryder Osmond, Allison Osmond and Grayson Osmond. Bob is also survived by his sister in law, Carolyn Sue Osmond, several cousins, nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
