Zelma Mae Dickerson

Zelma Mae Dickerson, 87 year-old resident of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away December 8, 2015 at her home in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Born March 13, 1928 in Oil Center, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Orean Edward Gray and Teria May (Jones) Gray. Zelma was a skilled seamstress and had worked at Morren’s Upholstery for many years. She loved gardening and growing her flowers; sewing; playing the piano; and decorating homes. Survivors include 1 son, Richard Alan Martin of OKC, OK; 2 daughters, Sharon Arlene Ewing of OKC, OK; and Beverly Ann Martin of OKC, OK; 2 grandchildren, Damen Francis Ewing and Richard Ryan Martin; 2 great-grandchildren, Emma Elizabeth Ewing and Drake Ewing; 1 sister, Elsie Cole of Connerville, Oklahoma; 2 brothers, Joe Gray of Center, Oklahoma; and Bob Gray of Ada, OK; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 14, 2015 at Oil Center Pentecostal Holiness Church, Oil Center, Oklahoma with burial to follow in McGee Cemetery near Stratford, Oklahoma.
