Alma S. Montague

Alma Spencer Montague passed away on February 21, 2018 in Midvale, Utah. Alma was born in Circleville, Utah May 1, 1929 to Samuel Rulon Spencer and Pearl Dalton Morgan.

She married the Love of her life Cecil Ivan Montague November 21, 1946 in the Manti Temple. Together they had four children.

Alma worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield. She enjoyed her church callings, spending time with her family and lifelong friends. She loved making candy and creating Picture books for her grandchildren.

She is survived by: her children, Roger (Dominene), Russell, Rachelle (Kevin) Lake and Richard (Karen), 21 Grandchildren, 29 Great-Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great Grandchildren. Preceding her in death: her husband Cecil, parents, Brother Francis Russell Spencer, Sister in law Carol Ann Spencer.

Graveside services will be on Saturday March 3, 2018 12 Noon at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park 3401 Highland Dr. SLC, Utah. Viewing will be prior from 10:45-11:45 a.m. A celebration of Alma’s life will take place afterwards at the LDS Building on 3487 So. 13th East SLC, Utah (Luckspring Dr.)

The family would like to thank Dr. Stephen Aslami and Canyon Home Care and Hospice and their staff for the excellent and loving care they gave Mom.
