She was born in Lake Town, Utah, to Lorin and Hazel Weston on August 19, 1953. She grew up on the family farm, the sixth of eight children. She attended North Rich High School, graduating in 1972 with a graduating class of 17. She served as Student Body Historian, the Drill Mistress in the Pep Club, and as a cheerleader. After graduating she moved to Salt Lake City to attend Bryman College for Medical Assisting. After graduating she met, fell in love with, and was sealed to her eternal love, Ralph P. Bird on December 6, 1974, in the Ogden temple. She dedicated her life to medical assisting, at SL Clinic and Rocky Mountain Neurology, where she touched the many lives of those she helped. At age 66 she was able to retire to spend more times with her loves, her grandchildren, and great grandchildren. When not with her family she spent her time enjoying sewing and quilting. She and Ralph created a family with their four children, Becky (Troy Luckart), Wes (Gina), Tim (Leah), and Katie (Elijah Jones). This family grew to include fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. This is where she spent her happiest moments, surrounded by her family.
Beth was a strong individual who survived breast cancer and will be remembered and loved by those left behind. She is preceded in death by her older brother Joe, her parents Lorin and Hazel, and in-laws Mable and Robert Bird.
