Brent Paul Keyes was born August 13, 1941, in Ely, Nevada, to Ruth and Paul Keyes. He passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016 from a stroke. He married his loving wife, Donna F. Keyes, on September 1, 1961. He is survived by his wife, two children, Kevin B. Keyes (Eloise) and Scott D. Keyes (Cindy) and four grandchildren, Erik Keyes, James Keyes, Marcus Keyes and Heidi Keyes. He loved us with all of his heart. He graduated from West High School, served active duty in the military and graduated from the University of Utah. He worked for Christensen Diamond Company and then the University of Utah as a Computer Programmer. He retired from the University of Utah on August 14, 2003, and enjoyed life traveling, camping and fishing, bird watching, playing chess, reading, playing the stock market, lighting fireworks on the 4th of July, having his family and friends over for parties and walking his kid’s dogs. We will miss him so much! A private graveside service will be held at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 2:00 pm.
