
Our beautiful mother, sister, grandmother, and friend passed away from Covid-19 on January 10, 2021 in Laguna Hills, California. Carol was born on September 24, 1949 to Lupe and Victor Romero in Salt Lake City, UT.
Carol attended Kearns High School. She was an exceptional dancer and could replicate any dance moves she saw. She had the most beautiful voice and loved singing all types of music. She was a natural athlete and took to ice skating as if she had done it her entire life when she was 10 years old. Carol could draw freehand all types of decorations to display on windows and walls for any occasion. She was great with children, a good mom, and her sons were her greatest joy. She was an exceptional seamstress. One of her greatest qualities was her sweet disposition and an incredibly big heart. Carol had an adventurous spirit. She would spend hours walking on the beach and loving every minute.
She is survived by her sons: Chance (Claudia) Weaver from Orange County, California and Ken Weaver (Ambrosia) from Roy, Utah. Grandchildren Jason, Natalia, Andrea, Desiree, Gracie, Sean, Jakob, and Maricia. Sister; Tandra Goodwin (Steve McGeeney) Tucson, Arizona. Brother; Jerry (Gayle) Romero, Park City, Utah. Preceded in death by her parents Victor and Lupe Romero, sister; Annamarie Kearns, brothers Victor and Larry Romero.
Services will be held at a future date to be determined.
Interment will be at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, Salt Lake City, Utah.
