Layton -Collette Luruth Miller born May 25th,1957. She passed away peacefully at home with family surrounding her on August 1st, 2025 She bravely fought COPD since 2019. Collette had the kindest soul one could know. She was welcoming and heartfelt. She cared deeply for everyone around her, especially her grandkids. She was unapologetically herself always, vivacious, wonderful and kind. Collette succeeded in her career of telecommunications for over 30 years. All while continuing to be an avid advocate for animal rights. Rescuing many animals and always taking in the neighborhood cats. She is survived by Husband, Jim; Son, Ryan (Gabby); Son, Shaun; Grandkids, Christian, Alex and Keira. The family would like to thank her hospice nurse Taylor and Intermountain for the wonderful care. A celebration of life is to be determined.
