Darl taught his family the value of hard work and the importance of negotiating the best deal: A skill he developed working for Booth Fisheries, Moore Butcher Supplies, JC Penny, and Wolfes Sporting Goods. Darl was a devoted husband and father who loved boating, ATV-ing, fishing, and camping with his family. After retirement he and Wilma traveled around the US and Mexico
in their RV with friends. Family parties were a frequent event, where Darl loved to tease and joke with the grandkids and great grandkids. He always cared and made sure to keep up with the latest events going on with each member of his family. Darl is preceded in death by his son Greg (Laurie Hansen Hunter, Cedar City, UT). Darl is survived by his wife, Wilma, his sister Shirley Deon Houston, Ivans, UT, his son Bruce, Holladay, UT, his daughter Christi Tanner, (Morris) Midway, UT, as well as 14 grandchildren, and 32 great grandchildren.
