Donna lived by the motto, “Go forward in faith, God is in charge.” The hallmarks of her life were unconditional love, enduring hope, and endless faith. She firmly believed in the Apostle Paul’s declaration in Roman's 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God..." Wherever she lived in the country, she devoted herself to faithfully serving in church in a variety of callings, especially in the Relief Society.
Among her friends and family, Donna was known as a gifted writer and poet. She loved music all throughout her life and found immense joy in singing and playing the piano. Donna loved gardening. She took special interest in lifting up and serving others.
