1917 ~ 2013
Janet Birrell Kellogg, our sweet little mother, age 95, passed away February 19, 2013 in Bountiful, Utah. She was born November 28, 1917 in East Ely, Nevada to Peter R. Birrell and Estella C. Birrell. She graduated from West High School. She married Austin Vincent Kellogg on August 20, 1938 in Kaysville.
Our mother loved her family and home, crossword puzzles, reading, baseball (the Braves and the Cubs) and playing golf.
Survived by daughters, Marcia (Dennis), Linda (Ken), Rae (Tom); sister Donna, brother-in-law Keith; eight grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by husband Austin, brothers, James, Wallin, Peter, sister, Margaret.
Graveside services will be Monday February 25, 2013 at 11:00 am at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 Highland Drive, SLC.
