Joe was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Rebecca Fretwell May Mortensen and Sylvia Fretwell; and is survived by his siblings Michael Fretwell, Roger Fretwell, Patricia (Don) Catmull, Jennifer Fretwell, and Kathryn (Lindsay) Jensen.
The family would like to thank Joe's good friend Jane Hatch for the loving care she provided him in the days immediately before his death.
A graveside service will be held at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah on Friday June 23, 2017 at 10:00 am.
