

Julie passed away peacefully while in the loving care of the Cascade Springs Hospice nurses and the Valencia memory caregivers. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all of the wonderful people who took care of her during her last few months.
Julie will be lovingly remembered by her husband Scott and her in-laws Ron, Beth and Eric. She will also be lovingly remembered by her sister Kathy and her husband and son, Dennis and David as well as by her brother Roger and his wife Georgia.
Julie was born on May 11,1957 to Clifton Lee Howe and Melba Wallin in Salt Lake City, UT. Her father, mother, brother David, brother Doug` and daughter Jennifer all preceded her in death.
Julie was a crafter at heart. She enjoyed doing projects. She was well known at certain sewing shops and bead stores, attending many of their project classes. Among her sewing projects were purses, hot pads, pillow cases and face masks. In the beading realm, making necklaces and bracelets filled up many hours of her day.
Scott and Julie were married for 24 years. One of their favorite activities was to attend live concerts together. Neil Diamond and Billy Dean were two of Julie’s favorite artists. They also saw Paul McCartney, Elton John, REO Speedwagon, Chicago and Air Supply in concert.
Julie’s ashes will be laid to rest at Wasatch Lawn Cemetery in the Carlson family plots.
