

Keith Allan McComb, our loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, passed away Thursday, August 14, 2015 in Pleasant Grove, UT. He is reunited with his parents and best friend and cousin, Richard Bennett.
Keith was born in Salt Lake City, to Allan John and Kanna Burningham McComb. He worked as a roofing contractor for Wasatch Roofing and Capitol Roofing. He loved hunting and camping. He loved country music.
Keith married his sweetheart, Elizabeth Jeanette Mela on July 28, 1953. They were sealed in June 17, 1965 in the Salt Lake City Temple. They just celebrated 61 years of marriage. They had 5 children. They raised their 5 children in Sandy, UT, Mexico, California, and Nevada. Keith loved adventure and road trips.
He served many callings in the Church of Jesus Christ of Letter-day Saints. For many years as a Bishop in Sandy. He loved the youth and cared deeply for those he served. He built many life time friendships. Keith and Liz retired in Mesquite, Nevada and had a great love for the friends they made there. Keith is survived by his loving wife, Liz, his children Teresa (Allen) Young, Logan, UT, Keith (Cynthia) Lampassas, TX, Cherie (Vondell) Clement, Lehi, UT, Brenda (Steven) Green, Eagle, ID, and John (Heidi), New Orleans, LA. He has 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his two sisters, Connie Knapton and Marilyn Case, and Liz’s brothers, Harold (Jeannette) Huntzinger; Bill Huntzinger, Mike (Debbie) Huntzinger and her sister Patricia (Michael) Gannon.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at Wilford LDS Ward (3179 Highland Drive), August 21st, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Viewing Thursday August 20 at Wasatch Lawn (3401 S Highland Drive) Salt Lake City, UT 6-8:00 p.m. Interment at Wasatch Lawn.
The family would like to thank all those who have helped care for Keith the last few years and for all the support of their friends in Mesquite and family members.
