Maurine Anderson

1933 ~ 2013

Our sweet mother, grandmother, sister and friend Maurine passed away on March 7, 2013. She was born to Byron Nels Hansen and Margaret Ilene Hansen on May 18, 1933 in Ephraim, Utah. She attended Snow High School in Ephraim. On May 28, 1952 she married Glen Anderson in the Manti Temple. Maurine loved and was very proud of her children, Steven, Mark and Sheila.

Maurine is survived by her son Steven (Michelle), grandson Eric (Heather) and several great-grandchildren and brothers John B. Hansen and Morris C. Hansen. She was preceded in death by her husband Glen, son Mark and daughter Sheila.

Maurine was a faithful member of the LDS Church and enjoyed her many assignments in the Church, especially in the Relief Society.

Funeral services will be held Monday March 18, 2013 at the Wasatch Lawn Mortuary 3401 South Highland Drive at 11:00 AM. Friends may visit family on Monday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM prior to the services.
