Dear Steve,

Though I have already expressed my condolences to you in person, I wanted to share with you that after reading your father's obituary, I have a much better sense of how you came by your warm personality and zest for life.  Having such a vibrant father and extended family makes it all the harder to lose them, but you helped your father to live as long and as fully as he could.  Viva Italiano!

Dear David and Steve,
I am sorry for your loss.  We have so many good memories of our parents  Living next to each other for so many years on Coatsville Avenue -  more like family than neighbors!  Please know that my prayers and thoughts are with you and I wish you comfort and peace in the days ahead.  Please forgive me for not attending your dad's memorial service.  My Uncle Henry passed away and his funeral service was the same day and time as your dad's.  I sincerely wish I could have been with you and your family.  I believe your Dad is with his "Sugar" again and I know how much he loved you and he was always proud of both of you!

David and Steve, what fond memories I have of Uncle Nicky and Aunt Audrey,  of family gatherings so long ago.  My siblings and I stopped by to visit Uncle Nick several months back at his home on Coatsville.  He was just as lively as ever.  His animated personality and way of telling stories will never be forgotten.  He was one of a kind, a really nice man.  It puts a smile on my face to think about his reunion with Aunt Audrey again. My sincere condolences, Christine (Peeples) Reed.

I remember Uncle Nicky as being so animated and excited when he told a story....and he loved to tell stories!  It is comforting to know that he is with Aunt Audrey, Grandma P. and all the rest of the generations of his family before him.  Love has no bounds.

Nick is the last of the Coatsville Avenue neighbors from the old days... a constant and thoughtful friend of my parents and a willing helper, for which they and I were thankful.  I never tired of listening to his stories.  What a fine and honorable man he was.  I'm grateful for his friendship and for his good heart.  My condolences to Steve and Dave and family.
