Peggy Clayton

Peggy was born December 27, 1953, in Salt Lake City, Utah, the daughter of late Barbara and Earnest Clayton. She was middle child of 4 siblings.

Peggy worked for many years at Granite School District where she brought a smile to everyone around her. Her coworkers were an extension of her family where she will be deeply missed. She will be remembered by all who knew her as caring, loving, with a keen sense of compassion and loyalty to those she loved and those who loved her.

She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Stewart of SLC, UT; son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Claudia Stewart of San Diego, CA, and Son and daughter-in-law Cody and Jenny Laub, of Gillette, WY; grandchildren, Brittney, Alex, Caden, Chelsey, Samatha, Brandee and Bailey.

Peggy was greatly loved and will be sorely missed. She touched the lives of many people with her smile and generosity. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84106, 801-466-8687 on Monday April 11, 2011 at 10:00am. There will be a visitation one hour prior to service from 8:45am-9:45am.
