AVIS DE DÉCÈS

Samuel Paul Fowler

9 février 1950 – 2 octobre 2022
Avis de décès de Samuel Paul Fowler
AUX SOINS DE

Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park and Mortuary

Samuel Paul Fowler passed away peacefully in the loving arms of his wife, Kris, on October 2, 2022. Sam was born as the eldest child to Samuel Richard and Elenore Fowler on February 9, 1950 in Ogden, Utah.

Sam lived his life with no regrets and no unfinished business. He lived a life full of adventure and ongoing curiosities. He always loved the outdoors and would find any opportunity to be in nature. He found so much happiness in camping, fishing, and boating, and he shared this love with those around him.

Sam loved to learn and made the decision to pursue a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah. His dedication paid off and he graduated in 1989. He loved his line of work, as being around computers brought him so much joy! He especially loved to build computers for his family and friends.

Sam’s greatest joy was his family. He met his wife, Kristine, and together, for 49 years, they stood together and had so many adventures. They welcomed their only child, Angela, and Sam took on the role of “Dad” very seriously. It was when Angela got married to Doug and had five kids that he took on the title of “Grandpa”! He loved being with his grandchildren, and they always looked forward to spending time with him. Making his family happy was always his first priority, and we always felt his love.

Sam is preceded in death by his father, mother, and brother (Mark).

He leaves behind his wife, Kristine, daughter, Angela, son-in-law, Doug, and five absolutely amazing grandchildren, Noah, Leah, Isaac, Kate and Benjamin. He is also survived by his siblings Carole (Mike) Ariotti, Barbara (Jess) Johnson, Matt (Suzanne) Fowler, and Tracy Fowler, as well many other family members and many nieces and nephews.

Thank you to the Huntsman Cancer Institute for the wonderful care that you gave to San. Thank you to the Huntsman at Home who cared for him during his last days and kept him comfortable.

As per his wishes, Sam will be cremated. There will be a family graveside service and Celebration of Life at a later date.
