Suellen was a passionate and dedicated educator. She taught every elementary grade except for 3rd and loved changing and improving the lives of her students, and everyone around her.
As a proud member of Kappa Kappa Iota, she rose to be National President. Sue had almost every LDS ward calling you can imagine and took great pride in being invited to be a Daughter of the Utah Pioneers.
She is survived by her wonderful children; Larry, Nicole, and Julie. Sue is the oldest of six born to Lamont and Elise Yates (both deceased); Larry (Colleen), Elmer (Debbie), George (Debbie), Evelyn (Darell), and Liz (Ted). Many nieces and nephews love her.
Services will be held in Brigham City on December 19th from 10am to 2pm at the 25 N 300 E chapel. Interment at the Brigham City Cemetery.
