1923-2010
Van Ray Robison, age 87, passed away July 26, 2010 in Salt Lake City, UT. He was born March 8, 1923 in Flowell, Utah to Adelbert Robison and Myrtle Utley.
After growing up in Sevier, UT, Van attended the University of Utah and traveled the world with the Merchant Marines. While in Australia, he met Valda McShane, his wife of 59 years. He worked for an oil service company in Vernal, UT and London, England as the Eastern Hemisphere Operations Manager. After retiring, he and Valda loved spending time with their grandchildren, going camping and taking pictures.
He is survived by his loving wife, Valda, children: Shane (Robin), Douglas (Debbie), Cindy (Paul) Terry, grandchildren: Jeremiah (Jacquie), Christopher, Nicole, Donovan (Lauren) Terry, Alecia Terry and great-granddaughter Sofia Robison.
His family will celebrate his life at a private service.
