

A woman of warmth, curiosity, and compassion, Anne embraced life with an adventurous spirit. She and Joseph treasured their travels together, especially their memorable trips to Hawaii and the Caribbean. Anne carried those joyful memories with her always.
Devoted to her work as a teacher, Anne touched countless young lives with patience, kindness, and unwavering dedication. After retiring, her desire to serve others continued through her volunteer work with the local ambulance corps. She also found great joy in knitting and crocheting—creating scarves, blankets, and heartfelt gifts that wrapped her loved ones in comfort and care.
Anne is survived by her children, Joseph McQuillen Jr. and Donald McQuillen and his wife, Monika. She was a cherished grandmother to Adrian, Valeria, and Rebecca, all of whom brought immense pride and happiness to her life.
Visitation will be held at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, NY 11764, on December 14, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Mark’s R.C. Church on December 15, 2025 at 10:30 am followed by interment at Calverton National Cemetery.
Anne will be remembered for her generosity, gentle strength, and the love she gave so freely. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
