David Mazzella

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of David Mazzella on September 6, 2022 at the age of 46. David was the kindest soul, with the most generous heart, and was loved by all who knew him.

David was born December 12, 1975 in the Bronx, and grew up in Shirley, NY. He was a master auto technician, who could fix things no one else could fix. He loved classic cars and motorcycles, and spending time with his family and friends. David was always wearing a smile, and was always there to help anyone who asked…even complete strangers. He never asked for anything in return except for your friendship.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Silvana.

David will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Laurie; daughter, Arianna; son, David; daughter Sophia; grandson Edward, and sister, Susie, along with all the countless others whose hearts he touched.

Wake services will be held at the O.B. Davis Funeral Home in Miller Place, NY. Wednesday, September 14th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held Thursday, September 15th at Seaview Cemetery in Mt. Sinai, NY.
