Loving father of Maureen Chorma (Timothy), Kathleen Ford and Daniel Ford. Adored grandfather of Andrew and Colin. Dear brother of Michael Ford, Mary Walsh and Kenneth Ford. Mr. Ford was retired after 20 year of service at Grumman Corp., Calverton, New York. He was and Ex-Captain of the Sound Beach Fire Department. He also worked as a sign maker at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Northport, New York. Reposing at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 1001 Route 25A, Miller Place, New York. Visitation Monday, June 20, 2016 and Tuesday, June 21, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass Wednesday, June 22, 2016, 9:30 am, St. Louis de Montfort R.C. Church, Sound Beach, New York. Interment to follow the Mass at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, New York. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either Good Shepherd Hospice, Hope House Ministries or the Grumman Memorial Park.
