ORTIZ, Manuel M. on November 24, 2020 of Seaford, Delaware. Beloved father of Germaine A. Ortiz. Loving grandfather of Germaine Harbaugh and former spouse to Germaine L. Ortiz. Dear brother of Yvette Paoli-Civitello (John) and the late Cindy Paoli. Mr. Ortiz was proud to serve his country in the Vietnam War during the 70's. Private arrangements have been made for his interment at Calverton National Cemetery. For those interested, donations may be made in his loving memory to the American Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
